Terms of purchase
- Ordering
Upon completion of an order, you will be sent an order confirmation to the specified email address. This confirmation includes information related to the products, price, and delivery address. If there are any inaccuracies in your order confirmation, you are advised to contact us immediately at kundservice@alorna.se. Provide the order number, name, and the inaccuracy that appeared in your order confirmation.
- Cancel a purchase
You can have your order canceled after contacting us if you have changed your mind shortly after placing your order. Once the shipment has been dispatched, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal applies in connection with your contact to us via email and providing the order number, name, email, and details of the items involved in the return. It is your responsibility to return the products within 14 days from the day you received your package. You are obligated to cover the return shipping costs, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging. If the item is found to be used or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount corresponding to the depreciation relative to the item's original value.
- Complaint
We are constantly committed to performing a quality check of your goods before the goods are shipped to you. We recommend that you inspect the goods upon delivery to check for any damage that may have occurred during transport. If you find that any item is defective, it is necessary that you contact us at kundservice@alorna.se and provide the order number, name, and attach pictures of the damage. The complaint must be sent immediately upon discovering the defect. We have our commitment in line with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the fault free of charge. If it is not possible to fix the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product. We cover the cost of return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. - Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. However, we reserve the right to price changes caused by supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
- Delivery
Our Delivery Times should normally include 1-5 working days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are shipped earliest on the following Monday. If delays in delivery occur without us having communicated a longer delivery time, you should contact us at the email address: kundservice@alorna.se.
- Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may have been caused by the product. Our responsibility does not extend to alleged changes to products/product features that have been altered by the respective supplier and factors beyond our control.
- Product information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sales of products. It should be noted that the images do not show the exact appearance as there may be some color differences depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
